Sinochain Logistics Co.,Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunpeng Corporation (Stock No. 833370), a Chinese company listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). Established in 2005, the company underwent internal restructuring after its parent company became one of the first innovative companies listed on NEEQ’s in 2016. It is committed to establishing a global integrated plaform for transportation, trade, supply chain financing, and logistics facility development management based in “One Belt One Road' initiative. The company aims to become a leading industry players in providing comprehensive and professional solutions for cross-border supply chains.
2013 Won the bid of global logistics for Leoni , became their important logistics supplier.
2014 Took part in TransUzbek, had meeting with the minister of Ministry of Transportation of Uzbekistan, became one of the leader of “One Belt One Road” logistics.
2015 Sinochain’s parent company became the China Stock Market listed company (NEEQ stock #833370).
2016 First international reefer railway transportation with BX1K wagon with cooperation from China Railway.
2016 Got ISO9001 , ISO14001, ISO45001 CERTIFICATE.
2017 Got the investent of China Cinda ,one of the biggest capital management firm owned by Ministry of Finance of PRC.
2018 Accredited AAA logistics company by Ministry of Ceommerce of PRC.
2005 Opened the first office in Qingdao with capital USD800,000 registered with The Ministry of Transport of the PRC.
2008 Shanghai office became the headquarters with branch offices in Qingdao, Shenzhen ,Guangzhou.
2012Wuhan office became the Customs Service Center of whole group.Which focus on all online work and doing with all documents.
2018 Joint Ventures with state-owned enterprise for block train and “One Belt One Road “ business in Xian,Lanzhou,Chengdu, Urumuqi ,Hainan, Nanning. Became a global integrated plaform for transportation, trade, supply chain financing, and logistics facility development management.
2018 Implementer for 3 important contracts between China and Russia value for 50million USD
in The 1st China International Import Expo for government of Wuhan, Chengdu and Lanzhou.
2018 Open office in Kashi , Xinjiang , manage border truck business.
2019 Won the bid of GIANT KONE for domestic logistics service.
2019 sent out the first block train of Lanzhou.
2020 Won the bid of KONE ,provide milk run/JIS/JIT/Cross stocking service around China,became the biggest logistics supplier in China for KONE.
2020 signed one of the 21 Top Municipal Contract – “Wuhan Pedestrians Street World Imported Commodity Center”with Wuhan Municipal on the 1st day of Wuhan re-open after COVID-19 city and in Oct 2020, WUHAN WORLD PAVILION opened as schedule.
2021 Sent out the first Reefer Block Train of China from Qingdao to Moscow with 50 x 40’ RF containers of vegitables, fruits, seafood and other foods , chemical products.
2021 The group won area exclusive vehicle selling license from BAIC group.
2022 Signed 1 Billion RMB purchase contract with BAIC group.
2023 Open Horgos office for border operation for both railway and truck.
2023 First lot of bitumen operation including purchase, transportation, import clearance and selling finshed successfully .
